In 2014, Developer Alirio Torrealba and founder of MG Developer Miami fell in love with the classic award-winning townhouses Almeria Row, located in the historic Biltmore subdivision. Inspired by Almeria Row’s successful vision, Torrealba forged ties with its development team to build Beatrice Row, a new project of nine magnificent luxury townhomes, also located in the historic district. Beatrice Row is estimated for completion for August 2017 and it will consist of nine, 3-story luxury townhomes that beautifully form a row of homes featuring extraordinary classic façade.
Beatrice Row will be located in a highly-sought-after, quiet residential neighborhood in the historic Biltmore area of Coral Gables. The building will be only minutes from an eclectic variety of restaurants, shopping, entertainment and the best schools in South Florida. These luxury townhouses are situated only minutes from Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami, Brickell, and the Design District and only 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport.
Beatrice Row complex's architecture was inspired by Almeria Row’s successful vision giving, as a result, a façade full of elegant coral stone details and balconies. The responsible for bringing this project to life is MG Developer and the internationally recognized architectural firm De la Guardia Victoria Architects in collaboration with Urbanists (DLGV Architects). Beatrice Row townhomes also benefit from an incredible sense of space due to the high ceilings afforded in each unit.
Beatrice Row offers only nine, 3-story townhomes that range in size from 3,781 to 4,132 Sq. Ft. plus large terraces and 2 to 4-car garages. The residences are smart-home and feature: 4 bedrooms, 4.5 elegant bathrooms, 13’ ceilings, gourmet kitchens with white European oak cabinets, Carrara marble countertops, premium Thermador appliances, walk-in laundry rooms, and open/covered expansive terraces with built-in outdoor kitchens.
